Day 1Drive From Dehradun to Sari

On day 1 of the trek itinerary, we start our journey from Dehradun to Sari. We begin our journey at 6 am in the morning to make sure we reach Sari by evening. The drive from Dehradun to Sari takes around 7-8 hours, covering a distance of approximately 200 km.

We will have lunch on the way at a local restaurant where we can enjoy some delicious local cuisine. The drive is scenic and passes through some beautiful towns and villages that offer a glimpse into the local culture and lifestyle.

Once we reach Sari in the evening, we will check into our accommodation for the night. After freshening up, we will have dinner followed by a briefing session about the trek ahead. Our guide will give us all the necessary information about the trek including safety measures, dos and don’ts, and other important details.

After the briefing session, we can rest for the night as it’s going to be an early start tomorrow. We need to be well-rested for our first day of trekking which will take us to Deoria Tal.

What are the requirements for participation?

All participants are expected to be confident that they are physically and mentally fit and able to complete the itinerary of their chosen event as defined in the itinerary.

Any minors between 10 and 17 years of age must accompany their parent or guardian who assumes full responsibility for them to participate in the adventure activity or event. Any unaccompanied, underage minor will not be allowed to participate in the adventure activity.
